Frohnmayer, Deatherage, Jamieson, Moore, Armosino & McGovern, PC, is the oldest law firm in Southern Oregon. The firm was originally founded by Porter J. Neff in Medford in 1910.

In 1933, Porter J. Neff hired the young Otto Frohnmayer as an associate at the firm. The building was eventually renovated and became the Ginger Rogers Craterian Theatre.
