Ned was born in Alexandria, VA and raised throughout the Washington, DC area, including Annapolis, MD.  After graduating with honors from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC he moved to Eugene to attend law school at the University of Oregon.  In law school he interned for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Boston, Massachusetts as well as the Lane County District Attorney’s Office in Eugene where he gained significant trial and pre-trial litigation experience.  Since joining the firm he has focused his practice on civil litigation.  Ned is an avid backpacker, he also enjoys sports, traveling, and music.
