Brett has a general civil litigation practice, with an emphasis on professional malpractice defense and insurance defense.  Brett gained significant litigation experience in law school while working for a law firm, nonprofit organizations, and the federal government.  After graduating from law school, Brett worked for two years as a judicial law clerk for the five judges of the Klamath County Circuit Court. Away from the office, Brett enjoys reading, hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding.
