Tracy has a general civil litigation practice with emphasis in the areas of insurance defense, employment law, professional malpractice defense, and family law. Tracy was born and raised in Toms River, New Jersey. After spending seven years in our nation’s capital, she moved to the beautiful State of Oregon in 1993. Tracy is married to an accountant. They enjoy spending time with their two young children, traveling and the arts.

Tracy has obtained a Martindale-Hubbell® AV Rating.
